Job Summary
Determine and discuss vehicle issues, current work, and future needs with customers and service advisors. Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems while performing quality inspections, including test drives, prior to returning vehicles. Communicate directly with service advisors to inform customers of additional service needs and provide estimates for new repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. This role requires a leader who can mentor other technicians and clearly communicate with customers. Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
- Operator Driver's License
- State Inspection License
