Job Summary
Automotive Detailer at THE COLLECTION is responsible for restoring and maintaining the appearance of luxury vehicles through meticulous interior and exterior detailing. Duties include washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, paint touch-ups, interior cleaning of premium materials (leather, upholstery, carpets, trim), applying protective treatments, inspecting for cosmetic imperfections, preparing vehicles for customer delivery to meet presentation standards, and maintaining detailing equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition. The role requires attention to detail, ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and availability to work the dealership’s hours (Monday–Saturday) are expected.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of automotive detailing experience
- Luxury or high-end vehicle detailing experience preferred
- Experience operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Availability to work dealership hours, including Monday through Saturday and occasional overtime
