Job Summary
Move and park vehicles in designated areas while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas. Perform basic vehicle checks such as monitoring tire pressure and fluid levels, assist with deliveries by preparing vehicles for presentation, and conduct minor maintenance tasks including washing and vacuuming. Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous service and promptly report any vehicle damage or operational issues to management. Requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina for manual tasks, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Starting compensation is $20.00/hour with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be capable of simple and fine motor hand manipulations
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
