Job Summary
Wash, buff, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors; move vehicles between departments in Inspection Centers; inspect cars for defects and imperfections; and capture vehicle photos for customer spinners. Operate vehicle equipment and tools while lifting up to 60 pounds independently. Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment with mandatory overtime based on business needs. Use safety equipment including face shields, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, and masks. Required Qualifications
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Must be able to work in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Must be able to use safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
