Automotive Detailer

Job Summary
Wash, buff, and wax the exterior of new, used, and serviced vehicles while using vacuums and cleaning agents to remove grease and grime from engine compartments. Clean upholstery, rugs, and other interior surfaces, then assist painters in the collision center with buffing work. When not detailing, fuel cars, clean the shop, and move vehicle inventory. Ensure every vehicle is handed to customers in excellent condition. Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license, hold a high school diploma, and possess five years of previous experience. Basic automotive repair knowledge and strong communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Good judgment and the ability to use hand and power tools and other machinery safely
- High productivity while maintaining high quality work
- Detail oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- 5+ years of previous experience
