Job Summary
Wash, wax, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards, including thorough interior cleaning, paint correction, and quality inspections. Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and assist with inventory management for products and equipment. Safely move vehicles throughout the lot, maintain a clean and organized environment, and help train and mentor team members while supporting the Detail Manager with scheduling and quality control. This full-time role offers paid training and a clear path to advancement into a Detail Manager position within the Shottenkirk Automotive Group.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
