Job Summary
Manage automotive services by assisting customers with purchases, utilizing the VAST system to set up work orders, and explaining invoices. Process payments through retail cashier duties, perform oil changes using LOF procedures, and interpret vehicle inspection results to make service recommendations. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies while maintaining quality customer service. Requires English reading and speaking skills, effective communication, and the ability to interpret vehicle data. Full-time employment with Saturday and Sunday weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour. Associates are trained to achieve Level I status and eligible for advanced leadership programs after 91 days of full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to interpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate service recommendations to customers
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
