Automotive Dealership Service Advisor

Conduct automotive services in a timely manner while providing quality customer service and assisting customers with purchases. Utilize computers and the VAST system to determine inventory levels, set up work orders, schedule service, and communicate with the service department. Explain work orders and invoices to customers, perform retail cashier duties, and execute oil changes using LOF procedures. Interpret vehicle inspection results to make appropriate service recommendations and demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Requires ability to read and speak English, effective communication skills, and must be 18 years or older. Prior auto repair experience is preferred. Full-time associates earn premium pay on weekends and receive comprehensive benefits after 91 days.
