Automotive Deal Processor

Process all new and used vehicle sales deals accurately and efficiently by verifying costs for the accounting department and legal documents for compliance. Maintain a complete list of outstanding paperwork and prepare transfer documents for both dealer and used wholesale transactions. Enter accounting for all purchases and maintain associated accounting schedules while ensuring strict adherence to dealership policies and state/federal regulations. Work closely with sales and finance departments to ensure timely deal completion. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $18/hour plus competitive commission, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) match, and paid time off within a growing dealer group.
