Job Summary
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing, and battery testing while conducting routine vehicle inspections and using the multi-point inspection form. Utilize manufacturer and management-assigned product and technical training to ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and continuously expand knowledge of new technologies. Maintain basic tools and pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug tests. This entry-level role supports the Quick Lube team at Larry H Miller Automotive Group, a Fortune 500 franchised retailer redefining the automotive service experience through innovative technologies like Clicklane.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have basic tools
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive technical school certifications preferred
- Previous experience highly preferred
- Apprenticeship experience a plus
