Job Summary
Review service bills for accuracy and cost, then calculate customer invoices using dealership software. Apply appropriate third-party warranties and receive payments from customers while recording amounts on repair orders. Relay customer concerns, questions, and needs to the service team, acting as the dealership's voice to ensure complete satisfaction. Required Qualifications
