Job Summary
Automotive Customer Service/Service BDR responsible for a high-volume daily outreach to customers and prospects. Core duties include maintaining an average of outgoing calls, handling showroom ups, taking new car phone ups, following up on all unsold prospects, confirming appointments, and coordinating with the Internet Manager and Sales Managers to sustain strong lead follow-up and communication. The role requires exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication, a professional appearance, and a positive, dependable work ethic in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is based in High Point, NC. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers and supporting the dealership’s interests through effective appointment setting and follow-up while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent and professional communication skills are a must
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8a-5p
- Must be dependable
