Job Summary
Automotive Customer Service Representative and Shuttle Driver responsible for checking guests in/out, answering calls, scheduling appointments, providing safe shuttle service in a branded vehicle, and supporting the shop with parts and clerical tasks. Build authentic customer relationships, maintain a clean and organized facility, assist team members, and act as a community ambassador while adhering to safety policies. Requires strong customer service mindset, communication skills, ability to multitask, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
