Job Summary
Answer all incoming phone calls, make outbound calls, and contact customers via email to schedule sales and service appointments. Log customer comments, confirm scheduled appointments, and post them on the appointment board in BDC. Reschedule no-shows, follow up with departments on appointment outcomes, and schedule future contacts as needed. Purify and update customer changes in the database, generate automated follow-up reminders, and respond to website requests. Meet monthly goals while maintaining a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with phones
- Previous experience with Telemarketing
- Previous experience in the automotive field
- Previous experience in business development
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience with the process of the scripts
- Previous experience with power tracks
- Previous experience with alternative choices
- First-class verbal communication skills
- First-class written communication skills
- Ability to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
