Job Summary
Develop automotive ECU software on RTOS or POSIX platforms using C, C++, and Python while establishing development processes across the full embedded software lifecycle. Build development workbenches including CI/CD environments and test frameworks featuring ECU virtualization. Lead a team of 20–25 engineers, manage project activities such as planning and offshore coordination, and ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and ASPICE standards. Collaborate with a global automotive OEM to define software architecture roadmaps for ADAS, connectivity, and autonomous driving systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in automotive embedded software development
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Business level English
- Business level Japanese
