Job Summary
The Automotive Collision Damage Repair Estimator plays a critical role in the repair process by identifying, analyzing, and recording physical damage to vehicles. Effective communication of findings to customers and third-party payers is essential. Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, a strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency with the CCC ONE estimation system, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Relevant work experience as an estimator, claims adjuster, or within an automobile repair shop
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- The ability to multitask yet prioritize appropriately
- Steadfast attention to detail
- The competency to meet goals and objectives
- Expertise in the use of the CCC ONE estimation system
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- A valid drivers license and auto insurance coverage
