Job Summary
Lead and oversee all collision center operations at Team Chevrolet Swansboro-Collision Center in Swansboro, NC. Drive shop productivity, cycle-time performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while coaching estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff. Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, DRP partners, vendors, and customers. Manage parts procurement, inventory control, quality assurance, and compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational performance; partner with senior leadership to achieve growth objectives. Requires 5+ years of collision-center management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, budgeting and customer-satisfaction metrics experience, CCC ONE or similar software proficiency, ASE/I-CAR certifications preferred, valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of collision center, body shop, or auto repair management experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, DRP relationships, and repair planning
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Proficiency with CCC ONE or comparable collision management software
