Automotive Claims Specialist 8/24

Evaluate, investigate, and process mechanical claims by leveraging in-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair processes. Communicate via telephone and email with vehicle contract holders, repair facilities, and other parties to resolve claim-related requests while demonstrating empathy and compassion. Actively listen to caller concerns, utilize company-specific computer systems to maintain accurate electronic records, and collaborate with leaders to uphold the company's reputation. This role requires at least three years of automotive mechanic experience, strong verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software. Bilingual candidates (Spanish & English) are preferred, and ASE certification is a plus. The position offers a hybrid schedule with two days in the St. Louis office and three days at home, including occasional Saturday work. Training is on-site for approximately six weeks.
