Automotive Center Service Writer

Automotive Center Service Writer needed at All Tune San Antonio-6178 to act as the key customer-facing liaison in a fast-paced auto repair/service center. You will greet customers, assess service and repair needs, present maintenance and repair recommendations, prepare accurate estimates, work orders and invoices in the POS system, coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow, manage front-office operations, monitor profit margins to support sales/productivity goals, and generate new business by calling on local commercial accounts and fleet customers. The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, plus a focus on customer service and sales. The position is Monday through Friday with no weekends, and occasional overtime may be available.
