Center Manager for SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service in Spartanburg, SC. Responsible for overseeing all center operations to the highest standards of quality and profitability, including customer interactions and satisfaction, hiring and employee management, service-bay management, inventory and daily accounting, safety, and warranty prevention. Build and lead a team of service-oriented technicians, foster a strong service culture, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and develop business opportunities within the local market. Requires demonstrated management experience in an automotive environment, an upbeat, professional demeanor, and a commitment to excellence across all levels of service.
