Job Summary
Center Manager sought to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service in Spartanburg. Responsibilities include implementing the System of Operation, maintaining integrity and professionalism, managing customer interactions and satisfaction, hiring and supervising staff, overseeing service-bay and inventory management, daily accounting and POS maintenance, safety and warranty prevention, driving bottom-line profitability, building and leading a service-oriented team, delivering outstanding customer-facing service, and developing business opportunities within the local market. The ideal candidate has automotive service/operations leadership experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to training and continuous improvement.
