Job Summary
Part-time Automotive Cashier at Buffalo Chevrolet Cadillac. Processes monetary and credit card transactions, prints and processes repair orders and invoices, records and balances cash drawer, operates Telecheck and credit card machines, and processes F&I monies. Assists with scheduling courtesy transportation, processes mail, and supports receptionist duties; attends department meetings. Requires high school level education and 1-3 months related experience or willingness to train; hours include 2-3 weekdays (3pm-6pm) and occasional Saturdays (8am-5pm).
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- 16 years old or older
- 1-3 months related experience and/or willing to train
- Part-Time availability: 2-3 weekdays (3pm-6pm) and occasional Saturdays (8am-5pm)
- Ability to process monetary and credit card transactions
- Ability to balance cash drawer
- Experience operating cash register, credit card, and Telecheck machines
- Prints repair orders, invoices, and tickets; handles discounts and charges
- Knowledge of financing and insurance (F&I) monies
