Job Summary
Identify, order, and maintain correct supplies and parts to service fleet vehicles. Perform mechanical repairs including oil changes, tire rotations, battery installations, and windshield wiper exchanges. Conduct mechanical inspections covering tires, brakes, underbody damage, and suspension systems. Review work orders for accuracy of work performed and parts installed while using internal and external technology systems. Keep the workplace free of hazards according to 5S standards and assist in onboarding new associates by sharing knowledge. Work under minimal supervision following Flexcar's policies and procedures to complete daily assignments within standardized cycle times.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record (per company standards)
- Ability to carry tools and supplies up to 75lbs
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- At least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
