Job Summary
Provide administrative support to Beverly Hills Controller and to the Senior Corporate Data & Reporting Analyst; prepare daily cash flow reports and other financial reports for executive management; prepare daily flooring payoff report to provide to the Controller, and other management; assist with flooring audits; prepare daily bank reconciliations and research and resolve discrepancies; review O’GARA’s outstanding receivables on an ongoing basis and provide weekly/monthly reporting to assist in collection; reconcile schedules weekly/monthly; prepare journal entries for adjustments and post; completes timely end-of-month reconciliations and reports; periodic scanning of deal jackets, vendor invoices, and EOM reconciliations; coordinate annual storage of business office documentation; provide administrative support to management and other departments; assist in interim and annual audits; adhere to GAAP accounting principles; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, training, and vehicle purchase plans; compensation: $27.00 - $32.00/hr depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of automotive industry business office accounting/reporting experience
- Must be at Intermediate to Advanced level in Excel but Expert level is a plus
- Degree preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a professional personal appearance
- Initiative-taking; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize workload to solve any challenges
