Job Summary
Automotive Internet Sales Representative responsible for nurturing inbound auto customer prospects, guiding them through a needs-analysis, supplying dealership and product information, answering questions, and connecting them with an in-store sales manager to move customers toward a test drive or purchase. Responsibilities include pulling and managing leads in the CRM, responding promptly via phone/text/chat/email, serving as the first knowledgeable contact about products and services, converting online interest into in-store appointments, following standardized scripts to ensure consistency, logging all interactions in real-time, and building strong cross-team relationships. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred; automotive experience is a plus but not required as training is provided.
