Job Summary
Internet Sales Representative at DARCARS of Silver Spring serves as the digital bridge between the dealership and customers, nurturing inbound leads, guiding prospects through a needs-analysis process, providing dealership and product information, and connecting them with an in-store sales manager to finalize purchases. Responsibilities include pulling and managing leads in the CRM, responding via phone/text/chat/email, converting online interest into in-store appointments, following scripts to ensure consistent quality, logging all customer interactions, and building strong relationships with dealership personnel while aiming to meet or exceed performance goals. Requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, multis-tasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; CRM experience is a plus and automotive experience is helpful but not required.
