Job Summary
Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic business opportunities for NVIDIA Automotive across global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, mobility providers, and ecosystem partners. Support customer engagements for NVIDIA DRIVE platforms, including ADAS, autonomous driving, cockpit AI, and robotaxi initiatives, while coordinating complex design-win activities across commercial, technical, and operational workstreams. Build and manage strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and help complete go-to-market strategies for new automotive AI and autonomous driving opportunities. Represent NVIDIA externally with customers, partners, and the broader automotive community to track market trends and support strategic alliance development. This role requires 12+ years of experience in automotive electronics or semiconductors and a deep understanding of OEM decision-making processes. Compensation ranges from 224,000 to 356,500 USD with equity eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in automotive electronics, semiconductors, mobility, autonomous driving, ADAS, or related technology markets
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including OEM and Tier 1 decision-making processes, platform sourcing, vehicle development cycles, and production program execution
- Strong understanding of semiconductor platforms, AI computing, software-defined vehicles, and automotive system architectures
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and support complex business development or strategic partnership engagements
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in building arguments, assessing market opportunities, analyzing competitive dynamics, and supporting strategic decisions with data
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent NVIDIA professionally in external engagements
- Capacity to collaborate effectively across global teams and prioritize multiple demands under tight timelines
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience working directly with global automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers on driver assistance features, autonomous vehicle initiatives, cabin electronics, or software-defined vehicle programs
- Familiarity with NVIDIA DRIVE, automotive AI platforms, simulation, safety, sensor architectures, or autonomous vehicle development
- Experience securing or supporting automotive design wins from early strategy through sourcing, commercial negotiation, development, and production
- Strong understanding of L2/L2+/L3/L4 autonomy, robotaxi ecosystems, and emerging AI use cases in the vehicle
- Ability to connect technology, product strategy, customer needs, and commercial outcomes
- A reputation as a trusted teammate who can work across engineering, product, business, and executive collaborators
