Job Summary
Assess vehicle damage, develop repair plans, and disassemble damaged body panels while assisting the estimator on methods and measurements. Complete welding assignments per specifications and inspect for quality control before painting and re-assembly. Ensure all repairs meet specifications and budget constraints using state-of-the-art equipment. This role requires I-CAR certification, bi-lingual skills, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Excellent understanding and experience of automotive collision repair
- I-CAR certification
- Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License
- Safe driving record
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Must be able to pass a drug test
