Job Summary
Manage the Body Shop department by recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff while overseeing work order systems, service invoicing, and accurate estimate/quote services. Drive overall accountability for business development, sales, and customer satisfaction by monitoring key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety goals and vendor/insurance alliances while communicating branch goals and policies to employees. Uphold the "Pride in Service" promise through strong leadership and clear verbal/written communication. Requires previous Body Shop management experience, mechanical knowledge, and P&L management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Body Shop management experience
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Must have experience as a Manager with ability to manage employees and processes
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Good understanding of mechanical components and associated repair
- Clear understanding of customer service, sales and marketing
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements and how to use them to manage a business unit
- A self-starter who can observe the strengths present in a location and use those strengths to develop a positive business plan
