Job Summary
Process payoff checks, coordinate with finance for car deal information, and streamline exchanges with the accounting team. Review pending deals, submit Journal Vouchers to the CFO, and accurately post transactions while retrieving contracts for business manager approval. Scan and upload deals into online software, record flagged notes, and confirm check request setups. Submit monthly sales tax reports, run commercial vendor inventory management reports, and process sales lead checks. Maintain schedule cleanliness and ensure fund availability for CAC deals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Biller
- automotive industry experience
- Strong understanding of billing processes and financial transactions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in relevant software applications for billing and invoicing
- Valid driver's license
- clean driving record
