Job Summary
Post all retail, wholesale, and dealer trade deals in accounting while resolving account-related issues and balancing statements to finalize data. Process customer refunds for vehicle sales, prepare contracts for overnight lender delivery, and review funding of contracts in transit daily. Handle payments for service contracts, GAP, and F&I products, manage inventory control for new vehicles, and reconcile job-related accounting schedules and month-end physicals. Maintain filing records and ensure accurate data entry. Requires previous dealership experience, ability to balance large volume accounts, and strong organizational skills in a demanding environment. Must be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment testing including background checks and MVR.
