Job Summary
Manage 100% of Sell My Car campaign leads by making 100+ outbound calls daily, sending texts and emails, and converting prospects into confirmed appraisal appointments. Overcome objections, create urgency, and drive vehicles acquired from campaign opportunities while logging all activity precisely in the CRM. Maintain a strong phone presence and disciplined follow-up to meet aggressive performance targets tied directly to appointments shown and vehicles acquired. Full-time structured schedule with base pay plus bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, confident phone presence
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling
- Competitive mindset and goal-focused attitude
- Coachable and process-driven
- Organized and disciplined follow-up
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screening, MVR, and drug test
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- CRM experience preferred (automotive a plus)
