Job Summary
Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat. Schedule and confirm appointments, then follow up on missed visits, unsold opportunities, and service reminders. Accurately document all communications in the dealership CRM while coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Requires ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience
