Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems using ASE-certified diagnostic tools and Remove and Replace procedures. Perform high-volume service work in a busy, efficient shop environment with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and adhere to strict safety standards while collaborating with a high-performance team. This role offers uncapped earning potential through a performance-based commission structure and weekly bonuses, with clear pathways for advancement to Master Tech, Shop Lead, or Management.
Required Qualifications
