Job Summary
We are looking for an Intermediate Level Automotive Technician (B Tech) with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a full-service facility. Responsibilities include performing thorough visual safety inspections, testing parts and systems, mounting and balancing tires, replacing batteries, changing bulbs, and conducting routine maintenance such as oil changes and tune-ups. The ideal candidate should have prior automotive knowledge, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform repairs efficiently. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Intermediate level technicians must have prior knowledge of automotive basics
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with some assistance
- Ability to perform repairs in a timely manner
- Ability to read service manuals, repair manuals and work orders
- Valid driver’s license
