Automotive Service Technician – B Level at Coggin Honda Jacksonville. Responsibilities include performing routine repairs on customer vehicles such as light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical systems, HVAC, steering and suspension, and completing diagnostic work with some supervision. Maintain documentation on work performed, communicate with service advisors for needed repairs, conduct road tests when required, complete warranty repair orders, ensure vehicle cleanliness post-service, and participate in manufacturer-sponsored training to expand knowledge of new technology. Maintain customer satisfaction indices (CSI) and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know). ASE certifications and Manufacturer certifications are heavily preferred. Must have basic tools, be a team player, and possess strong technical and mechanical skills. Requires 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background and drug screening.
