Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Adirondack Tire & Service / Mavis Tire, located in the Schenectady/Albany area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the retail tire sales and automotive service center efficiently, safely and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and safety of team members. The Service Manager guides customers through tire selections and under-car repair services, directs workflow of mechanics/technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, ensures satisfaction with in-store service, and strives to meet customer expectations. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
