Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations; scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely work, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety. Service Manager responsibilities include assisting customers with tire selections and under-car repairs, directing workflow of Mechanics and Technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with the in-store experience, and aiming to meet repair and maintenance quality standards. Qualifications emphasize being 18+, legal eligibility to work in the U.S., and 1 year of relevant automotive parts/sales or repair/maintenance experience or equivalent education/training.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
