Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and customer satisfaction. Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections and automotive repairs, delivers high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, and drives sales initiatives while communicating with customers to meet expectations. The role offers competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits; requires 18+ and legal work authorization in the United States, plus relevant automotive experience or training. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination demonstrating ability to perform duties
