Job Summary
Automotive Assistant & Service Manager role at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Baldwinsville, NY. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager by ensuring efficient, safe store operation, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and meeting customer expectations. The Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary repairs, drives sales initiatives, and delivers high-quality repairs and a positive in-store experience. Requires at least 18 years old, legal eligibility to work in the United States, and 1 year of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or automotive repairs/maintenance.
