Job Summary
Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Jackson, MS is hiring for Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently, safely, and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repairs, directs workflow of technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and aims to deliver high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance and a positive in-store experience. Required Qualifications

- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
