Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Schedule mechanics, technicians, and tire specialists to manage outside orders while ensuring timely completion of jobs and meeting customer expectations. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information on requested repairs, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Full-time role with competitive weekly pay, health benefits, and 401(k) match. Walk-in interviews available 7 days a week at Chester, NJ locations.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
