Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Dual-role positions for Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations; scheduling mechanics/technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales initiatives. Service Manager duties include assisting customers with tire selections, recommending under-car repairs, directing workflow of mechanics/technicians, delivering timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, communicating with customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience, and meeting customer expectations. Requirements include being at least 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, and possessing (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
