Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Savannah, GA. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring quality, timely completion of jobs while upholding customer satisfaction and team safety. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary automotive repairs/maintenance, directs the workflow of mechanics and technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to provide high-quality vehicle repair and a positive in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination demonstrating ability to perform duties
