Job Summary
Assist in leading automotive service centers by supporting the Store Manager to run efficient, safe operations; schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, and ensure timely, high-quality repair and maintenance work while meeting customer expectations. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance tasks, and drive in-store sales initiatives. In addition, assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary automotive repairs or maintenance, ensuring overall customer satisfaction and a positive in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
