Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Wyandanch, NY area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure retail locations operate efficiently, safely and effectively, schedules mechanics/technicians, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely completion of jobs, meets customer expectations, and ensures team safety. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends under-car repairs, directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to deliver high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction in-store.
