Job Summary
Support the store manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Direct the workflow of technicians, stage vehicle repairs, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs and drive sales initiatives. Recommend necessary under-car repair services and ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining team safety. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, with openings available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
