Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis location operates efficiently, safely and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and upholding customer satisfaction; Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections and necessary automotive repairs, delivers high-quality vehicle maintenance, communicates with customers, and strives to meet customer expectations while driving sales initiatives; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off and career growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
