Job Summary
Lead and develop within a high-volume automotive service and retail tire center. The Automotive Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager by coordinating technician workflows, enforcing policies, and ensuring timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. The Service Manager component focuses on assisting customers with tire selections, directing the workflow of mechanics and technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. The role combines leadership, customer service, and operational duties to meet customer expectations, maintain safety, and drive overall center performance. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
