Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Assistant Manager position supports the Store Manager to operate the Taylors, SC location efficiently, safely, and effectively, enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety. Service Manager position directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections and recommended under-car repairs, drives timely delivery of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, communicates with customers to assess needs, ensures customer satisfaction with in-store experience, and strives to meet customer expectations while driving sales initiatives.
